Data Deletion Policy

We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with your interactions through our website and our connected social media accounts.

What data we may hold

• Chatbot conversation transcripts and any contact details you shared.
• Comments you left on our Facebook / Instagram posts, and related engagement.

How to request deletion

Email us at contact@bluewitcher.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, including the email, phone number, or social handle you used. We will delete the associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you interacted via Facebook or Instagram, you may also remove our app from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, which sends us an automated deletion request.
