2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Project Commencement
Projects begin only after:
Agreement approval
Required project information is received
Initial payment has been made
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate project requirements
Supply required content, images, and branding materials
Respond to approvals within a reasonable timeframe
Make payments according to agreed milestones
Project delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines.
5. Payments
Payment milestones are defined in the project agreement.
Invoices are payable within the specified due date.
Late payments may delay project delivery.
Outstanding payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement.
7. Revisions
Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate third-party software, APIs, plugins, hosting, or payment gateways.
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policies of third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages
Third-party service failures
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the project by written notice.
Any completed work and expenses incurred before termination remain payable.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
